Brandon Noel Harris serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Blu Ladder Construction. She is an enthusiastic financial professional with over 25 years of experience. Brandon began her career as an auditor and financial consultant for privately and publicly held companies as well as the U.S. Department of Defense. Brandon then operated her own businesses offering forensic accounting services and fractional CFO services to privately held businesses in a variety of industries. As a member of NextGen CFO, Brandon joined Blu Ladder Construction as fractional CFO for several months prior to joining the company full-time as CFO in 2022. 

She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from East Carolina University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Brandon is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets, especially while traveling or on the lake.
