OUR STORY

Blu Ladder Construction was formed by Patrick Daly, Jr. in 2019 to assist with hotel renovations in accordance with hotel brand standards and to venture into the multi-family market. In 2020, Blu Ladder started their first major project with demolishing a full-service hotel, and constructing a 339-unit apartment complex in Roanoke, VA.

Since our inception, Blu Ladder Construction has been involved in hotel renovation and construction, multi-family development, and residential and townhome construction.

SERVICES WE OFFER

Restoration is the revitalization of existing structures to increase beauty and functionality. We bring the project from tired and outdated to a modern expression of its highest and best purpose.

RESTORATION

Building on restoration, remodeling includes physical changes to the structure’s interior and exterior. This can be as simple as a new lobby design, or as extensive as a full exterior skin and complete change of the interior layout of the building.

REMODELING

Our project team has the experience to handle new construction projects of any size, including simple storage shells, single and multi-family dwellings, light commercial, and hotels. We hold an unlimited General Contractors License in North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee.
